True Reliable Investigations Ontario Inc. (T.R.I.O. Investigations) is Northern Ontario’s preferred Investigation Agency and is the only company based in Sudbury. We provide surveillance and investigative services to the insurance, corporate, and legal sectors, as well as private individuals to serve everyone's needs. The President, Chris Dowdall, has a reputation for offering consultations with integrity, then if needed, quality service.

Being based in the center of Northern Ontario where there are numerous remote communities where everyone knows each another, T.R.I.O. Investigations is specialized in conducting rural and country surveillance. While other companies based in Southern Ontario (in congested cities), parachute inexperienced people to the North who try to conduct surveillance in the same manner as they would in a city environment. Our company has proven results based from a knowledge of the area and local contacts in several small communities and reservations across the North. The company is led by Chris Dowdall who has over 25 years experience as a Private Investigator. With this experience, Chris trains, supervises and continually evaluates all employees, ensuring that the company continues to provide top quality results to its clients.
