In order to offer the Private Investigator Basic Training Course, entities must be registered as a "Basic Training Provider" with the MCSCS (Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services). Before you take the pre-requisite course to write the Private Investigator Test and apply for your Licence, ensure that the course provider that you have chosen is registered.

Once you have your Private investigator's licence, most companies prefer to hire someone that has had some training. T.R.I.O. Investigations provides 40-hours of "Practical Training" that costs $499.99. This training covers everything from how to start a case, how to conduct surveillance in different scenarios, how to take video, how to write a report, how to submit timesheets / billing, and how to submit your findings.

Although T.R.I.O. Investigations cannot guarantee employment, T.R.I.O. Investigations will assist the new Investigator with job placement opportunities within the industry.
